This piece is a celebration of the healing power of trees and choosing to put the work in to our wellbeing. Just as we have to battle through undergrowth to forge new paths in a forest, we lay down new neural networks when healing our minds.
Inspired by the words of Robert Frost in ‘The Road Not Taken’ which ends with
“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”
