How much is shipping?
If you’re in mainland UK, shipping is included in the price of the art in the shop. You are also welcome to come and collect from my studio in Spondon. If you’re outside the UK, get in touch with me on [email protected] to arrange shipping.
How long does shipping take?
I aim to wrap and ship artwork within 2 business days. Some of my work is on display outside of the studio so these may take a little longer. If you have a tight deadline get in touch and I’ll see what I can do!
How will my art be packaged?
Keeping your art safe and environmental sustainability are the two guiding principles I use for packaging. Therefore most of my packaging is re-used in order to tread as lightly as I can on the planet. Prints come in a rigid cardboard envelope or tube. All canvases will be double boxed with protection in between.
Are there options to spread the cost?
Yes, you can either split your payments into 3 installments using PayPal’s pay in 3, this means your artwork would be shipped straight away.
Or we can have a private agreement where you pay in as many instalments as you wish and the art is shipped on receipt of the final payment, email [email protected] if you’d like more details.
Do your products contain animal products?
No! None of the products I use contain any animal products or have been tested on animals. I use acrylic paints that don’t contain bone char, synthetic brushes and vegan paper or canvas that hasn’t been sized using gelatine or textured with wool.
What if I change my mind?
I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if you have bought a piece online, please package the work as it was sent to you and send it back with the same method and then I’ll send out the exchange or refund the money within another 14 days.
I don’t offer refunds if you have made your purchase in person .
If you’re local to me in the East Midlands I can bring some original paintings to your space so you can see how they’d look before you make a decision. Email [email protected] to arrange a home consultation.
