How long does shipping take?
I will wrap and ship artwork on paper within 2 working days. Some of my works on canvas are on display outside of my home so these may take a little longer to be shipped. If you have a tight deadline get in touch and I’ll see what I can do!
How much is shipping?
If you’re in the UK, shipping is included in the price of the art in the shop. If you’re outside the UK, get in touch with me on [email protected] to arrange shipping.
What’s the returns policy?
I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, please package the work as it was sent to you and send it back with the same method and then I’ll send out the exchange or refund the money within another 14 days.
How will my art be packaged?
Keeping your art safe and environmental sustainability are the two guiding principles I use for packaging. Therefore most of my packaging is re-used in order to tread as lightly as I can on the planet. The packing peanuts are compostable and I’ll never buy new plastic.
Do you take commissions?
Yes! The way I do commissions is to take a small non-returnable deposit, then create the artwork. If you love it at the end you’ll pay the cost (I charge per square inch) and if you don’t then I’ll keep it to sell elsewhere. This allows me to create with less pressure which will lead to much better work that I’m confident you’ll want to keep forever!
Are your products vegan?
They sure are! To the best of my knowledge none of the products I use contain any animal products or have been tested on animals. I use acrylic paints that don’t contain bone char, synthetic brushes and vegan paper or canvas that hasn’t been sized using gelatine or textured with wool.
